In the last couple of yours I have visited many bedrooms... Including those of children. The schocking thing for me to see, is that many parents are unaware of electric and magnetic fields...
When they put their childs bed close to a wall or a electricity cable, their child is exposed to Voltages and Teslas way aboved the recommended norm (by the SBM).
The effects for the kids can be very drastic. The higher the exposure units (for example the voltages) the less likely it is that your child will have a good and deep sleep. Let alone that there are risk on certain diseases and behavioral problems.

The fist and most important one is the electric field. This is measured in Volts per Meter. Everything that is connected to the grid, emmits a Voltage. Electric Fields are know to be very bad for the health (source)
The 2nd are the magnetic fields. Everything that uses energy emits a magnetic field. In office environments these fields are not the biggest problem, but it could be... depending on the location of your desk. If you sit next to an elevator shaft for example (or something that uses a lot of power) you could be electro polluted very strongly.
Then there are the microwaves, coming from cell phones and wifi (and more). Many Scientists warn that these fields are bad for the health. It is best to reduce them as much as possible.
What is also important to take into consideration is that most offices have high levels of Dirty Electricity. According to scientist Sam Milham, Dirty Electricity is the most dangerous and carcinogenic form of EMF Pollution, allthough it is hard to say this since it also depends on the levels and compared to the levels of the other fields.
Looking at a screen for a long time is also not good for the eyes, because of the blue light.
Lightning such as LED and CFL are also possible disturbands, since they could create light noise.

1. Inform the people around you about EHS.
Whether they are friends, family or coworkers, if you want them to understand you... you have to be able to communicate in a clear way what EHS is and how it is caused... In my personal opinion, infographics, quotes and memes are the best way to do this, because people have a very short attention span nowadays. When you send something, you can include a link...
For the rest, it is very important to ask if these people are interested in the topic, and if yes how much time they would be willing to spend studying the topic... Because that you can adapt towards their level of interest. If you want good information to send, you can find it in my e-book...
2. Do daily earthing in nature
When you are grounded (being in direct contact with the ground/earth) you are a lot less susceptible to EMF's. But also, the Voltage that has built up in you during the day, can discharge because the earth is negatively charged and EMF's (just like inflamation) are positively charged...
3. Get daily sun exposure
Sunlight is also a form of EMF Radiation... but this is very good for you. Sunlight gives you vitamin D, and a bronze... Don't overdo it, but try to at least get 30 minutes a day of direct sunlight onto your body a day. And built up a reserve in summer for the winter time.
3. Eat Healthy/Healthier
When you eat healthy, your body will be more susceptible to EMF's. Eat as healthy as possible. I am not a big fan of most supplments personally, but I would recommend to consume lot's of superfoods and anti oxidants. 4. Strengthen the Immune System
Cold showers, Fasting, Sauna's and more can be great ways to strengthen the immune system. A strong immune system will make you less susceptible towards EMF's.
5. Take EMF measurements.
The reason why I mention this step last, is because there are many factors that are important. And you can't heal if you don't take the other factors seriously. If you continue with bad habits, then how can you heal?

A lot of people aren't aware of it, but EMF's might be the cause or a big contributor to your health problems...
How is this possible? That is because EMF is a stressor for the immune system, the nervous system and the brain. Because all body organs have their own frequency, they get disturbed by these foreign frequency's...
I don't want to say that EMF's are the only cause, because health is best to be looked at holisticly... but EMF's really play an important part in health and also in healing.
If you have any health problems, you would recover way less fast (if at all) when you are being exposed toward EMF's. Let alone that people that are allready weakened, are a lot more susceptible to EMF's.
So what to do when you find out that you might have Electro Hyper Sensitivity (EHS) ? Or electro Sensitivity (ES) ? And what is the difference between those two... Well let me explain...
Every person has a certain strength and vitality. When that get's compromised, due to whatever circumstance that might be.... (emotions and relations can also play a part in this)... you are more susceptible... Other contributors are logically the levels of exposure and the duration of exposure. Also lack of earthing and lack of proper and complete nutrition will contribute toward developing sensitivity towards EMF's. The difference between ES and EHS is the the ability to tolarate EMF's. Personally I feel that I probably have ES, so I won't spend long times in area's with high EMF levels. However, a person with EHS wouldn't even be able to do that because they will develop headaches, pains, rushes or other ailments. I personally have met ceveral people with EHS and I can tell you that it is not funny. There are also movies about this topic, and I highly recommend to watch them.
My personal hypothesis is that people, before they develop EHS, first have ES. Like a lot of ailments in the human body, something small can turn into something big, these things go gradually. But why do people with ES spend time in environments with high EMF Levels? That is because most of them were not aware at that the time of exposure.
This has a deeper root cause and that is that government organisations fail to properly protect the people. The industry is leading in technology, and governments and university's etc. are always a few years ahead. Plus there is a commercial interest and there isn't a lot of money to be made in prevention.

The other day I was visiting a young lady. On the picture above we can see her bed. We can see that there is a electric cable behind her bed, this cable goes to a night light. What this young lady didn't know however, is that even when she is not using the lamp, it creates an electric field. According to multiple scientists, this is very bad for the health (www.bioinitiative.org)
On the meter we can clearly see the light becoming red. The meter is designed by the company EMFields that has many years of experience and categorized three categories based on years on experience combined with scientific research. To explain it very simple, green means the levels are good, orange is mediocre and red is dangerous.
On the picture below we can see (zoom in if you want) that after unpluggin the power plug from the wall outlet the levels drop into the green zone. To be more specific, before the levels were above 100 Volts per meter, after the levels dropped to below 10 Volts per meter. This means a more then 90% reduction!
In the future, it is very likely that this young lady will sleep a lot better and deeper. She is also welcome to leave a comment after some time underneath my blogpost here.
The beauty of this measure is that:
- it is very effective
- it doesn't cost anything
I recommend anybody to do this (remove all electronic devices around the bed) because your bed is were most people spend around 8 hours a day and this is the place were your body needs to recover. This is one third of your day! And implementing this tip will probably have a tremendous impact on your health.
Is it still recommendable to hire a professional to do a measurement? My answer would be yes.. Everybody can remove their electronics around their bed themselves and I highly recommend that you do so... However, there can be still situations that are unforeseen.... There can be electricity cables going through the wall, and the only way to detect this is to do a measurement. However, with common sense you can get pretty far.
